We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our awesome marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager at 7keema, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy.

Digital Marketing Manager should contain the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the strategy
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the company’s social media accounts
  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online presence
  • Directly track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
  • Build an inbound marketing plan
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Lead, supervise, train and motivate members of the digital marketing team
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Update the competitors market mapping and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 5 years at least of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
  • Understands website metrics and best practices
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with SEO and Google Analytics
  • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management and flexibility skills
  • Great interpersonal, writing and communication skills
