Medical Customer Support
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Sell products and place customer orders in the system.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Complete call logs and reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science (biotechnology/chemistry).
Excellent command of English.
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (fresh grades are welcome).
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
